Fitness Programs for Seniors
As an additional benefit, many Medicare insurance programs include discounted or free basic membership to fitness centers in our area. These include Workout Anytime, Anytime Fitness, Gold’s gym, the YWCA, the YMCA, Haywood Fitness and more. Membership will vary with different companies and gyms so be sure to check the details. Partnering with fitness centers allows seniors to improve their health and enjoy a better quality of life.

Haywood Fitness Center
Haywood Fitness Center is a beautiful 54,000 square foot facility with indoor 6 lane 75 foot heated pool, one tenth mile track, racquetball, gym and exercise equipment. Located adjacent to Haywood Hospital, 30 minutes from downtown Asheville.
Workout Anytime
Workout Anytime is conveniently located here in Weaverville. It's a great friendly place. With modern workout equipment, tanning and massage chairs. All of the Trout Insurance agents are members (and some of us actually go!)
